The Firm

About OnChain Asset Recovery

Formed to do one job well, tracing stolen cryptocurrency and pursuing every realistic path back to it.

Who we are

OnChain Asset Recovery investigates cryptocurrency theft, fraud, and loss on behalf of individuals, legal counsel, and organizations. We reconstruct how funds moved, build a documented trail, and pursue recovery wherever a genuine path exists.

What we specialize in

Stolen or scammed cryptocurrency, lost or locked wallets, cross chain and cross exchange tracing, and blockchain investigations generally, explained in terms anyone can follow, not just technical teams.

Why our methodology matters

We run every case through the same repeatable process rather than improvising, and we say plainly how confident we are in each finding instead of treating every conclusion as settled fact.

What standards we follow

Every report is built to hold up with legal counsel and exchanges alike, each claim traceable back to its source, and every limitation stated rather than glossed over.

Confidentiality

Case files are restricted to the analysts actually assigned to your matter, and every engagement operates under a signed confidentiality agreement from day one.

What makes us different

We built this firm around people going through blockchain investigation for the first time, often at one of the hardest moments they have faced. Clear language and honest expectations are the whole design, not an add on.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to the questions we hear most from people contacting us for the first time.

Both. We investigate the movement of digital assets, identify actionable recovery paths, and work through the appropriate channels to pursue the return of recoverable funds. Not every case results in a viable recovery path, and we tell you honestly where that is the case.

For qualifying cases where recoverable funds are identified, our fees may be structured around a percentage of successfully recovered assets, agreed with you before any recovery work begins. Investigative work outside of a recovery engagement is billed separately, as discussed during your initial consultation.

Yes. Most of our clients are not technical. Our job is to handle the technical analysis and explain what we find in plain language. You do not need to understand blockchain to work with us.

It depends on complexity. A straightforward tracing matter may be substantially complete within one to two weeks. Cases involving many transfers or several networks often take four to eight weeks. We provide a specific estimate after the initial assessment.

Yes. All case information is handled under a confidentiality agreement, and access within our team is limited to the analysts and case managers assigned to your matter.
